The Cal Energy Corps (CEC) is an undergraduate summer internship program engaging top UC Berkeley undergraduate students in the design, development and delivery of sustainable energy and climate solutions around the world. All placements are challenging, full-time assignments with leading organizations in the private and public sector, enabling students to gain professional experience working on the technical solutions of social issues in a cohesive learning environment.
WAHVE pairs companies looking for specific skills with the veteran talent who have them. Businesses get the quality and knowledge they need, while “vintage” professionals (people over 50) get to phase into retirement working from their home office. In partnership with the Berkeley Division of Data Science and Information, CITRIS Tech for Social Good students are assisting in analyzing WAHVE applicant and performance data.
